Program Note
Phuong is a single woman living in the city. One day, her mother barges in and says that her father left home after a fight. Phuong goes to her father’s mistress to ask his whereabouts. Phuong and her mother each suffer an incomplete nightmare the night before going to find him.

Linh Duong
Born in 1990, Linh Duong is a Vietnamese independent filmmaker. She participated in Bucheon’s 2015 Fantastic Film School, Locarno Summer Academy and the 2016 Asian Film Academy at Busan IFF. She recently completed a trilogy of shorts that tells the story of a middle-aged woman and is currently shooting her first feature film.
