A drama, a suspense thriller and adventure film about the exploitation of children through child marriage. It is beyond imagination the type of violence women in Pakistan experience, especially in what is known as “honor killings,” where family members kill their own for bringing dishonor to the family due to adultery or even dating without parental approval. According to Pakistani rights groups, there are between 1,000 and 3,000 honor killings annually, despite the laws that exist to stop it. Set in the beautiful yet hostile landscapes of Pakistan, this film follows the extraordinary journey of a mother who escapes from her husband to keep her daughter safe and free from such exploitation. Allah Rakhi manages to get the help of a truck driver, but realizes there are a great many struggles she has to face to keep her and her daughter safe, and that now their lives are at stake.
