[On the Path] is a literal translation of the original title, [Na Putu], which indicates the path toward something in Bosnian. It can also mean the mental state used to explain the quest a person must make while making a decision in order to achieve a certain goal. The couple Luna and Amar walk together in life and in love, when their path diverges. They must make choices both as a couple and as individuals. They try their best to overcome unexpected obstacles that threaten their relationship. Luna forgives Amar’s late night drinking binges, but the air traffic control was not so forgiving about his drinking on the job. After being suspended from work, Amar meets his old army buddy Bahrija, who is also a strict Wahhabi Muslim. This becomes a turning point in Luna and Amar’s life that causes them to walk different paths. (Jay JEON)
