Jongno, Winter by Kim Dong-won follows the life of Korean-Chinese Kim Won-sub who died of cold in the street of Hyewhadong on December 9, 2003. While trying to collect his unpaid wages, he got lost. Although he called 119 and 112 for help, he died in isolation in the end. This film reveals the cruelty of Korean society.
