When Indo-Scot Nina returns to her hometown of Glasgow to take over her deceased father`s curry restaurant, she`s surprised to find out she has a partner. Her father sold a 50 percent stake in the diner to Lisa, the daughter of the local bookie. In re-familiarizing herself with her home, Nina sets out on a mission to win the prestigious Best of the West curry competition and enlists Lisa`s help.
