: If traffic is heavy, you will be given a queue number and automatically admitted in order. You can book up to 2 tickets per screening code. Booking for a different screening code will require re-entering the queue.

Notice on Reservations and Issuance

Ticket purchases for all standard seats are available online at the BIFF website.

※ For the seats that are not sold out online or have been cancelled can be booked at the BIFF Ticket Box during the festival.

※ For digitally excluded audiences, we operate the BIFF Ticket Box with a limited number of seats per film. (This service is available only to eligible users.)
To receive your paper ticket, please present your mobile ticket at the BIFF Ticket Box.
Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued or refunded.
BIFF bears no responsibility for any disadvantages or issues arising from illegal transactions (such as premium ticket sales or ticket transfer fraud) or the transfer of tickets between individuals. Tickets must be purchased only through official sales channels.

Cancellation and Refunds

Period: Cancellations are accepted up to 60 minutes before screening.

How to Cancel

Mobile ticket
BIFF ticket website(biff.kr) → Login → My page → Details → Select the ticket → Reservation Cancel

Paper ticket
Printed tickets must be returned to the BIFF Ticket Box for cancellation.

※ When cancelling, you will get a refund reduced by the cancellation fee depending on the timing of cancellation.

Reservations are possible for up to two tickets per screening code and partial cancellation is allowed per ticket.
(For combined payments with promotional vouchers and credit or debit cards, only full cancellation is possible.)
In the case of screening schedule changes or cancellations announced by BIFF, full refunds will be offered without any fees.

Service Desks for Digitally Excluded Audiences

We operate a ticketing service center during the festival for audiences who have barriers to accessing the internet and engaging online.

Eligible Users: Seniors aged 65 and over (born in 1961 or earlier), persons with disabilities

Screenings Available for Purchase: Same-day & Next-day general screenings

※ Excludes paid events such as the Opening & Closing Ceremonies, Actors’ House, Master Class.

Operating hours vary by location; please check the BIFF Ticket Box schedule for each venue.
On the Opening day, October 6, only tickets for Next-day general screenings are available at the BIFF Outdoor Ticket Box of Busan Cinema Center.
Available tickets are limited, for which we seek your understanding.
Community BIFF screenings can only be booked at the MEGABOX Busan Theater 4F Ticket Box.
