Carlo Francisco MANATAD

Carlo Francisco Manatad is a Filipino director and editor born in 1987. Graduated from the University of the Philippines Film Institute, his short film Hollow was awarded Best Thesis Film. He is currently working on his first feature film Whether the Weather is Fine, a film about the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan of his hometown, Tacloban.
