Do-Hyun doesn′t want to study. He wants to play rock′n roll. He comes to Seoul, sells musical instruments and joins a band. Performing in underground rock clubs, his band cuts an album that flops, forcing a miserable Do-Hyun to return home. Hopeful nonetheless, he forms another band, practices day and night and does everything possible to realize his dream against an antirock government, music industry and society at large. With actual musicians playing the main characters and performing the music, this film shows a glimpse of their reality, not just scripted-acting.
