Program Note
Nitoy is in a conundrum today. As a waiter in a small restaurant, he can’t bring out customer orders because there aren’t enough ingredients. The restaurant will close the next day. The film is a bitter story about the lonely restaurant and why it must close.

Joji Villanueva Alonso is a lawyer with 30 years of experience. Alongside that, for 14 years she has been running a post-production company, taking part in many film productions. She is currently involved in the post-production of Whether the Weather is Fine, a film selected by L′Atelier, Cinefondation program, at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival.
