Suffocation is the word Director Kwon uses in a multilateral way to sum up the Korean society. The story begins with Jin-kyu frantically searching a public restroom with Chinese janitor Myong-ja for an envelope full of cash intended for his son’s surgery. They don’t find it, but Jin-kyu, suspicious of the janitor, stays on her tail, at great personal cost. (MOON Woong)
