Graduating Chung-Ang University, Kim Hee-jin is now studying at the Korean Academy of Film Arts. Her filmography includes Waiting(2006), Apple Season(2007), and Les île(2008), and her more recent work A Brand new journey(2009) won Special Jury Award in the Korean Short Film Competition at the 2010 Jeonju International Film Festival.
