Evading the police and the state-of-the-art Sky Eye surveillance system, a crew of thieves steal billions of dollars from the iconic Wynn Macau. When the investigation stalls, legendary police officer Wong Tak-chung (Jackie Chan) is pulled out of retirement and joined by He Qiuguo (Zhang Zifeng), the daughter of Wong’s deceased former partner. Wong intuitively suspects that the legendary criminal Fu Longsheng (Tony Leung Ka-fai), who mysteriously vanished years ago, is behind the heist. Despite the high-tech nature of the crime and the investigation, the legendary criminal and police officer demonstrate a strong presence. Jackie Chan′s action scenes—elegance yet energetic, wit yet powerful—truly live up to his reputation. Also Tony Leung Ka-fai, is particularly striking in the thrilling action scenes, effortlessly switching between the cold visage of a criminal and the warm, gentle face of an elderly man in seconds.
