29th BIFF Poster

This year’s official poster for the Busan International Film Festival places us before a sea of waves, inviting audiences to wade in the waters of the infinite possibilities of cinema. Each wave, with its own color, peak, and pace, represents a story, and as the waves come together, they create this vibrant scene of harmony and collaboration. Maintaining its stance as the largest film festival in Asia and entering its 29th year of bringing Korean, Asian, and global cinema together, BIFF continues its journey of ushering to shore all varieties of waves that cinema can be. Choi Soon-dae, art director of BIFF since its second year, coordinated and designed the poster.
