As a rule, begins each screening on schedule. Ticket holders should enter the screening venue on time, Viewers will not be allowed to enter the theater after the 15 minute mark following the start of the screening.

Admission to the theater is available 15 minutes before the screening begins. It is subject to change depending on the situation on-site. Please follow the guidance of the staff and volunteers.

All theaters operate on a designated seat system, and designated seats are not guaranteed for audiences entering after the screening begins.

※ In the case of Busan Cinema Center BIFF Theatre, non-designated seats are available, and you can enter on a first-come, first-served basis.

Only ticket holders (including mobile tickets) are allowed entry into theaters.

For mobile tickets, you can enter right away without issuing ticket.

Ticket holders under the age of 19 are not allowed entry to X-rated movies.

Children under the age of 4 are not allowed to enter even if they are accompanied by their parents.

Alcoholic beverages or foods purchased outside of the cinema are not allowed.

※ Only bottled water is allowed in the Busan Cinema Center Haneulyeon Theatre and the KOFIC Theater.

All photography and video recordings are strictly forbidden including the trailers and the ending credits.

※ In the case of ‘Guest Visits’ or other events held in the theater, you may take photos following the staff‘s guide.
