- Ticket purchases for all seats are available online at the BIFF ticket website. If tickets are sold out on the BIFF ticket website, tickets are NOT available at BIFF Ticket Box.
- Audience members may purchase two tickets per movie at a time.
- Mobile tickets can be used to issue paper tickets at the BIFF Ticket Box. You can enter quicker and easier using a mobile ticket. If you wish to exchange the mobile ticket to a paper ticket, you can do so at the BIFF ticket box.
- Lost or damaged paper tickets cannot be reissued.
- BIFF bears no responsibility for any disadvantages or issues arising from illegal transactions (such as premium ticket sales or ticket transfer fraud) or the transfer of tickets between individuals. Tickets must be purchased only through official sales channels.

Mobile ticket : BIFF ticket website( ticket.biff.kr) → Confirmation / Cancellation → Login → Ticket details → Select the movie → Cancel This Booking
Paper ticket : BIFF Ticket Box ONLY
- Cancellation Fee

Before the festival (until Oct 1) : Cancellation fee will be NOT charged
During the festival (Oct 2 - 11) : Cancellation fee per ticket will be charged. (KRW 1,000)
※ When reserved tickets are cancelled or refunded via the online service, the cancellation fee will be paid separately.
- How to Cancel Mobile Payment

Online cancellation during the month of payment : Cancellation of mobile payment approval
Online cancellation during the following month of payment : Refund to the account designated by the buyer
- Partial cancellation is not allowed, and reservations must be made again after canceling all tickets.
- Tickets purchased offline BIFF Ticket Box with a credit or debit card can be cancelled only if the card used for the payment is present.
- In case of screening schedule changes or cancellations announced by BIFF, full refunds will be offered until closing day, without any fees.
