Accomplishments

At the 7th PIFF, the festival directors from the world's three most prominent film festivals, Cannes, Venice and Berlinall visitedPusan at the same time. In addition, ID passes for students, NDIF projects, establishment of Asian Film Industry Network (AFIN) for the networking of Asian film industries, floor planning of Asian Film Industry Center, an Asian film market that will start with the 8th PIFF and relocation of NETPAC headquarter to Pusan all took place during this year in making PIFF a benchmarking model for other Asian film festivals.
