Program Note
Lucas is a scientist who works near the European experimental project that focus on advanced ‘human neuron research’. The project’s aim is to transfer neuron information from one human mind to another while enabling the recipient to share the same information the ‘host’ individual is experiencing. Lukas is chosen to connect his mind with a comatose woman anonymous to whom later he gives the name Aurora. While inside the mind of the vegetative body of Aurora, Lukas finds an attractive universe where a lively and passionate woman lives not knowing that she is in coma. In this other world Lucas and Aurora live for the present in feeling their instincts and hidden fantasies. This profound and affective story based on eternal archetypes of human duality and wrapped into modern surroundings will be recognizable and identified by the different viewers. It’s the story for grown-ups who are curious about knowledge, life, and passion.
