The characters in the film are from various nationalities, painting a realistic portrait of a chaotic world. Mario who has saved his lover from a bus accident chooses to flee to a foreign country when the police close in on him. Mario and his Chinese lover, Kei, steal the money arranged for a drug deal between the Chinese Mafia and the Japanese Yakuza to get money for a passport. However, what he gets instead is a bagfull of cocaine. Mario now has to run from the Yakuza and the Chinese Mafia in order to save himself and Kei.
